ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. Unfortunately, we are not able to take refunds on any item.

Our team will check each piece carefully once receive the return item, to make sure the condition is on standard. However in the unlikely event there is a manufacturing defect upon receipt of your order, please email info@petalnstone.com within 3 days of delivery for a replacement. Your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement requests if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused.
